About Massimo

At the age of 12, Massimo embarked on the journey of a life time, starting his first full time job in the Baking industry to learn what it takes to become a Pastry Chef. Growing up, Massimo’s love of creating food was definitely a prominent catalyst for pursuing a job in the food industry. Moving to Australia in 1991, Massimo introduced his talent and love for cooking to the suburbs of Sydney.

Massimo spent 23 years in Sydney perfecting his cakes and recipes ultimately making them one of the most popular types of cakes around. His passion for cooking and creating cakes is heavily prevalent with every bite!

In 2014, Massimo decided to bring his talents to the city of Wollongong, introducing us to the finest taste of Italy around. From there, Massimo has created new Recipes, such as the Limoncello cake, which is one of our most loved cakes. Massimo’s love and passion for food is genuinely why ‘Happiness Starts Here!’
